Passports were delivered to another country!!

DPE were responsible for the collection of my wife's and my passports from the Dutch Embassy in Pretoria and their delivery to us in Howick. After initial confusion as to where and when they were actually delivered, the package was retrieved only to discover that in it was a Namibian passport that had come from the Canadian Embassy! It then took a total of four days to retrieve our passports and get them to us, WHILE we were waiting at check in at King Shaka Airport! Our original flight had to be cancelled and rebooked at a cost of nearly R12, 000. One of the directors have already stated that they will bear responsibility for the fiasco, but we are still waiting, nearly five months later.
