Hirsch's
Discounted item, speedy delivery

Our washing machine packed up, so we were looking for a replacement. After doing some research online we found one, and the cheapest price was at a store in Pretoria - however delivery costs would have escalated the price since we do not live in Pretoria. The second option was Hirsch's.

So we went in to the Strubens Valley branch - which actually had already closed - but they still encouraged us to go in. At first glance we were surprised since the machine's price was not the same as the website - found out later that this was because the online store did not have any overheads - but they would actually give us the online price.

We also mentioned the store in Pretoria and they said that they would even match that price.

As for delivery, the machine was delivered early the next morning as promised - even received a phone call from the driver to let me know they were on their way.

We don't often think about shopping at Hirsch's, but after this experience we'll probably be back...
