On the 25th on September 2013, i received an SMS from my FNB account indicating a debit order of R299.00 has been made from my account by company Stratcol 67336352 lifest130925. Upon receipt of the SMS I forwarded an e-mail to Stratcol to enquire on the debit order. On the 30th September 2013 I was copied on an e-mail sent from Stratcol (Thembi Mnisi) to SMV marketing. I contacted Stractol and spoke to Thembi Mnisi who then informed me i must take up my enquiry directly with SMV marketing as the debit order instructions came from SMV. On the 8th October 2013 I phoned SMV 0318255168 and the lady I spoke to gave me a thousand excuses (even refusing to give me address of the company) with regards to my refund. I have realised that I am not the first to fall victim to debit orders made by Stratcol on behalf of SMV and I will be happy to have my money refunded as soon as possible.
