In short you rent a store and as part of the deal you get offered a "Free Truck" to fetch the goods.

I signed all the paperwork, which on paper might make the supplier correct, but they were well aware that everything was done in a rush. I feel important info like, the truck is only available for 3 hours and that it comes ONLY with a driver should have been disclosed upfront.

Imagine the surprise when the truck arrived with no helpers, me having to scrounge around for someone to help load. Then on arrival at the store you find the door is to low for the vehicle you intend on putting into there at a later stage. You call the office immediately yo ask if you could swap for a higher door. Kisha says she could not help me at the time and will let me know a.s.a.p. She claims to have tried to call me but i have no evidence of this, no missed calls. My phone is never off.

On top of this a few days later you get a call from another person at their offices to say you now owe and extra R300 as you used the truck for over 3 hours.

Hello, where does this companies service to customers come in, and more importantly being understanding towards the customer.
