BREAK DOWN NOT RESOLVED AFTER 25 HOURS RDM

REF 4724422 WITH FREIHGTLINER (MERCEDES BENZ SA) BREAK DOWN CENTER. A break down was reported at about 17h00 on 28th Nov with the call centre that our truck at Grain Carriers, Randfontein, had problems with his gears. Sandown Motors, Roodepoort were given the job. The technician, Allan contacted me about 2 hours later and said the truck can off load, and then in the morning pass their workshop as the part will be there and they will fit it quickly. After off loading, myself with the truck arrived at the workshop about 11h30. Although Allan could not be reached before this, I made contact with Chris, and he assured me after a struggle, that they will be ready for us. On arrival no one new anything and Allan was still unavailable. As their was no help and the truck had a deadline to load at 13h00, we agreed that the truck will struggle on and load. In the meantime, Chris will establish what Allan diagnosed and will contact me with the plan. At about 13h30, I STILL DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING, and I lodged the problem again with the call centre. At 17h00, after 24 hours, not receiving help, I contacted the call centre again. I was promised answers. After 18h00, I phoned the call centre..
