Kreepy Krauly
Hug Bug NOT working and NO help from KK

I bought a Hug Bug from Builders Warehouse in Boksburg end of June 2013. After I did all the necessary connections and got the Hug Bug in the pool the thing is not working. Just seems to hover above the bottom of the pool.
I contacted kreepy krauly numerous times, spoke to Jenny, and she was going to get the guy to come out and have a look to see what the problem is. This is now just over 3 months and I've yet to hear from this so called guy.
I went back to Builders Warehouse to get my money back but since it was more than 7 days since I purchased the Hug Bug they would not refund me but promised to get Kreepy Krauly to phone me. This was 2 weeks ago.
I'm now got my old kreepy krauly back in my pool with a Hug Bug not working in my garden shed and NO help from KK!!!
