Kreepy Krauly
Product doesn't work

Bought a kreepy the other day and it is really doesn't work despite thousands if attempts. The kreepy climbs the walls of the pool and always falls over onto its back and the little plastic floater has worn through given the constant rubbing on the pool floor. Tried emailing the suppliers and have not had a response in over a month. I have to manually move the kreepy all day every day. I have checked the flow pressure I have changed the speed I have altered the hose length, next move the rubbish bin and the purchase of a working pool cleane
