Continious Harrasment

Iam Mr SA van den Berg, I once owned a restaurant called Electron in Steeldale area, I sold the business 5 years ago with everything in it including television sets. I paid my licence up to date as requested. I have forwarded the details of the new owner to sabc licence dept including the change of ownership documents, I have been asked to send the same documents 8 times already since I sold my business and I went and even paid the licence for the new owners because I was scared of being blacklisted, but every year I get the same account, I keep on telling them the business is no longer mine.
I don't know what to do anymore, I have given them the contact details for the new owners and they've got the business address.
What else should I do because they will end up blacklisting me because they too lazy to do their job.
