Art Can is a rip off company

I have purchased an A2 Canvas print on Wikideals for Art Can. It has been two months with only one email response, their telephone number (0217627893) just rings and I still have not received my Canvas. This was a wedding/brthday gift and is now two months late which I had promised my husband. I am truly disappointed as I have paid a lot of money and all Wikideals can say is that they will refund me with nothing to substitute the Canvas print or anything. This is unacceptable service from both companies.
