Wrong TV licence handed ove

I took out my TV licence in 2002.Afterwards i got married, and requested the SABC to cancel my husbands TV licence, because mine was paid in full. The SABC wrongfully cancelled my TV licence and put my husbands licence on my ID number. We got divorced in 2008.In July 2013 I got a message from VVM of the overdue account. I contacted them, which the operator threw the phone down in my ear, and don't want to hear my explanation. I contacted their head office, and spoke to Mrs Marriam, and also e-mailed the requested documents. I still don't get any answer, and still got sms's to pay this account which is not mine. My Tv licence account number which i took out in 2002 was 420475832, and the one they assume i am responsible for is 410511471 which is the one of my ex-husband.
