Zero Customer Service

I recently bought a solar blanket from Aquanet to replace my old one and the sales lady convinced me to go for the more expensive one. I agreed since it did make sense, when they came to install it the blanket looked exactly like my old one and when I asked the team if they are sure that this is the correct one not one of the three knew if this was the thicker one and I should phone the office which I did. They confirmed it was the correct one and then installed it, the installation was shocking and a 4year old with a pair of siccors could do a better job and the team rudely said that if I am not happy I can take it up with the office. I reported it and send photos to Auqanet and they kept making promises to come and fix this but they never arrive on the dates that they make appointments with you so I can just imagine what will happen if you want to claim on a warranty, These people should not be in business since they have zero customer service.
