Illing for licencefees

My tv was in 1998 and I have lived with my kids since then. They are still billing me for licence fees for a tv that I do not have. They have phoned me numerously and as I have explained time and again that I don't owe them anything at all, they seemed not to understand it. I am 78, do not have the resources to contact them and as a last resort contact you instead. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks, Tina Klaassen
