This Company doesn't respond to Client Queries

On the 23rd of January 2014, I submitted an email request to Aquanet enquiring about the following products so that I could compare quotes and decide which products I required.

1. 400 micron bubble material pool blanket
2. Swim Fin
3. Aqua Fence
4. Pool Net

On the 24th of January I received this very vague reply.

Per meter of the fence is R480 vat inclusive and installed and for the self locking safety gate R1990.00

I then again requested a formal quotation for the above products to which I received no response.

This morning I sent a mail advising I would be lodging this complaint on hello peter. Amazing, but Kerry has already called back before I have even gotten the opportunity to post my complaint.

I would NEVER use this Company. Imagine how bad their installation service is if they can't even respond to a quotation. I wonder how much business they have lost because of this. I received two other quotations from The PoolNet Guys and Aquanet and although they don't do pool fences, I will be using one of them on principle alone.
