After using my Travelling System (which is supposed to last 4 years) for roughly 2.5 months, started acting up, the front wheel wobbles when strolling and the carrier doesn't fit securely to the pram. I contacted Chelino and spoke to Sebastian (I doubt if that's his real name) who after 15mins of pleading my case, told me that all I can do is send my System to Jhb (I live in CT) for 3 weeks and they can repair it, even after I told him that being without a carseat for 3 weeks with a 4 month old baby is impossible, and driving without one is against the law after which he replied that its not his problem if I don't have a pram/carseat that I can borrow/rent in the meantime. When I asked for a supervisor he told me he is the supervisor and there is no one else he reports to and he refused to give me his last name- saying "I don't need to know". Maybe Im mistaken, has the general consensus of customer service changed? I was under the impression that if you can justify charging almost R3000.00 for a product and stating that it will last 4 years, and getting a call saying the product is broken that you replace it without badgering the customer with UNREALISTIC procedures and ATTITUDE
