No customer service available there

In Jan 2013 we bought a pram from the store. We asked to purchase the carseat bracket with the pram but was told that its out of stock and they will notify us when it arrives, needless to say its 3/4 months later. Still nothing. I went back to the store to enquire but it looks like all the staff working on weekends is more interested in talking to their boyfriends than in helping customers. When I eventually did find someone to assist they couldnt because the "the lady doing the orders wasnt at work" - I would like to know if i can bring the pram back for a refund so I can buy one somewhere else, or do you want to try and solve my problem?
