I purchased a product from Tricha's Lingerie online for an important occasion, and payed the amount in full. After a while, I emailed asking what the status of my 'order' was. The supplier informed me that that product was not in stock, and that I had. To choose another one. After asking more than once for photos of other options, (with no reply) I randomly chose another product myself. After that I have emailed them many times with no, or very late replies. On their website it clearly states that a product will be delivered within 18 days, I am now currently standing PAST day 20, with no information from them on the status of my order (after explaining numerous times about the urgency of the product). Also I have experienced very bad customer service. I am very unhappy about this, since I had to spend double the original amount, to get another product for the occasion. This is unacceptable to me, and I want my money back.
