WHAT A JOKE!!!

I ordered a scooter from the above mentioned supplier on the 25th November 2013, (this is after i placed an order through another supplier who also gets their goods from ABZ and ABZ didnt deliver to them either) I am still waiting. This scooter was supposed to be given to my neice for her birthday and after that dissapointment we then told her she would get it for Christmas. When i approached ABZ about the scooter or a refund, they just informed me that they would be closed till the 6th of January. I then sent them an email the evening of the 7th of January asking them for an answer or my money back or i will go to the police and report this trasaction as and they have still not answered me. So another dissapointment for my little neice and I am sure ABZ had a very pleasant holiday with the money they have laundered from their clients!!! (I am not the only sucker) THAT is why they do not give contact numbers out on there website, nor on facebook.!!!
