Don't buy a GHD from Franco International salons

I purchased a GHD in December 2012 from Franco Eastgate. It has stopped working so contacted them and spoke to Lillian who said I should bring it in and it will take 4 working days to get repaired or replaced. We went to take it on only to then get told by Lillian it will take 6 weeks. Believe it that's what she said. I then called them today as everyone confirmed this is impossible. Lillian then tells me they collected the device today and it shouldn't take more than 4 weeks. She then puts me on hold without covering the phone and another women in the background says they only picking it up Monday. So she again. Levirn then calls me and says that they will collect today and sorry for the. I called GHD head office to find out that the max time is 7 days. Shocking service I now need to go collect GHD and send to head office or I wait a month. No one knows what is going on in that salon rather deal with GHD directly. Franco int are you comfortable with your staff lying to your Clients!
