Shocking horrific service will never recommend

My Partner Mr Nel purchased a car from them it was a cash sale they promised to transfer the car into his name, we received a message from Franco and Henry stating the papers got lost some how, all they that needed to have done was a letter in writing from the previous owner stating they have sold the car to Mr Nel and then go to the traffic department and then they would have sorted it out from there. It is now three months I we have been constantly calling Henry and Franco all they say is they will take a message and get back to us which they never do, this has been going on for three month already. Franco now never answers his phone and Henry just takes messages. None of them have bothered to sort this matter out.
