Rand Refinery non responsiveness to former employe

An eldery lady, ms MHE van Heerden (4707030143081) approached me to ask for help in communicating with Rand Refinery Gold MIne Group to enable her to claim her pension for the years she worked with this organisation during 1982_ 1991. After numerous calls... e mails ..messages..we still do not get any response from them.. The one lady at call number 011 481 8000 said she has never even had her on computer. After phoning around to another number given 011 481 9000 we are still in the dark. Surely this is only fair to pay someone for the years they have worked. Why all this hardship and run around and excuses? E mails was send to [Email Removed] She never responded. Another lady answered on HR behalf... rude and impatient "Ilze" told us that they are too busy to help... What should we do?
