I bought a Sealy Posturepedic Preferred Arlington Euro Pillow Top Queen Size bed from a Transport Company who sold the beds after a truck was high jacked. The beds were sold from the warehouse and no paper work was given to us to prove that we bought it. I can't see why a piece of paper must make a diff in the quality of the product that has the Sealy name on. Is it manufactured in a different factory that Sealy does not want to even come and have a look at the problem??? Why are they so reluctant to help? i have contacted the customer support but all they say is they can't log a complaint without the paperwork? why can't they assist? Do they want me to load the bed on a bakkie and take it to them for proof.
This is not the type of service I expected from such a reputable company. Yes I know the onus is on me to supply proof of purchase, but if I don't have it, what then? Is this specific bed not manufactured in the Sealy factory? Why will they otherwise refuse to communicate with us and just say they can't log a complaint without proof of purchase? A Sealy product is a Sealy product - just as a Ford is a Ford and a Opel an Opel
