Otch pack of cuddler nappies

I am very dissapointed as my son has been using cuddler nappies from word go. I buy - 4 packets every month and was going to put our new baby girl on cuddlers as well untill this month I see the one packet is a reject packet. ALL the nappies are coming apart and the tags just pull off. That's a whole pack of nappies - not a single one is usable!! And now I am 1 packet of nappies short this month for my son. I am currently on maternity leave and am not being paid by my company and so money is tight and for this to happen is unacceptable. Your so called care line says I must post them 2 nappies as an example for them to sort it out, meaning I must fork out even more money in which I don't have for them to take how long to fix this problem?!

I am highly disappointed and very upset. Like previously said, it is unacceptable. Why should I carry on using cuddlers when this is what happens and this is the treatment I get?? (Get told to fork out more money for YOUR company to fix THEIR stuff up)
