2 packs of damaged cuddlers

This is the second month that I buy my month supply of cuddlers from Pick n Pay in Kempton park where the nappies was without one strap. I buy 5 packets a month and 2 packets was without staps. This is very embarrising as I send my child to school with nappies. This morning the school phoned me on my way to work to please bring other nappies!!! I have had enough of this. Pick n Pay refused to take the nappies back. Who is going to pay for this???
