NO STICKING TAGS ON NAPPIES

I have bought 2 packets of no 4 x 50 nappies at Spar Zevenwach mall in kuilsriver of wich both packets had no tags to stick the nappies, this is very inconvenient, as I went to an area with this nappies where I could not buy new ones, I can also not afford to by nappies and they do not work. this is obviously a factory fault.
I have take pictures of this nappies. I had to stick the nappies with buff tape to keep them on my babies bum.
this is very inconvenient and embarassing for me and her, asspecialy if I have to change her infront of family or friends. I have taken pictures I you would like to see. them
