Waste of money. Don't ever go to this branch!

I made an appointment for a friend and myself for acrylics tips on our hands and then gel pedi. We get there and there was double bookings and huge delays, then my nails are rushed and my friend told by the therapist that she is not very good with acrylic so she then did metallic tips. My nails were lumpy and there were gaps in the top coat but I was rushed due to other clients waiting. I spent over R800 and got the worst set of nails done. My nails were placed crooked and lumpy and my toes uneven and lumpy. Less than a week later my nails are all lifting and my toes have some fell that has come off. My friends nails have fallen off completely. The manager refuses to provide the owners details or get back to us. The head office just ignores our email complaint and the got a nerve to put up these huge prices yet give such pathetic service... actually no service at all! Please do not support this franchise. Totally unprofessional. You better off doing your own nails.
