Paid Deposit signed Contract Now stranded

On 4 September I've sighned a contract for a rent to own vehicle. the Next day I've paid R5000.00 into Mr Jordaan's Capitec Bank account. I was told that the vehicle will be deliverd the next day. It's been a week now.

I cant Contact them on their Contact number 0127724604 or get any respond on their Emails [Email Removed]
They have advertised in Junkmail and also have a web site

I am highly frustrated and stranded with out a car which make's it difficult for me to get to work and back.

These people are a bunch of liars. Can't get any answers from them if I do get hold of them.

A case of is going to be opened against them.
