Bad practice on pricing

Two weeks before the end of Aug'13 I bought a 8 seater patio set from the Nice Stuff stand in the Woodlands Mall. I was told that the Price of R12, 999.00 was a special running until the end of Aug'13 only and that the price will be icreased to R14, 999.00 by 1 Sep'13. I signed a offer to purchase and paid the full amount on 30 Aug'13.
On Sunday 15 Sep'13 I passed the same stand again in Woodlands Mall. The price on the same set was reduced by a further R1, 000.00 to R11, 999.00. Feeling very unhappy by the story of the price increase I was told, I phoned the cell number on the flyer and spoke to a woman on the phone. She explained to me that it is very unfortunate and that they actually got the wood for a better price, so they managed to drop the price further. They were also not willing to do a free delivery to compensate for the wrong doing.

I don't know how people like this go to sleep at night and still manage to do business knowing that they are dishonest with their customers.

It is the last time I will ever do business with them again. I will buy my cushions and the cover at another place, as they don't understand the concept of customer service.
