Dear Sir or Madam,

In April 2013 I was offered a cellphone by phone through their telemarket, and I agreed to buy this cellphone.
On receipt of the phone I discovered it was not what I expected so I returned it within 14 days of receipt.
I informed them of this, and they confirmed having received the phone but sent it to their technical office to be checked for any damages, this took 3 months, and finally after numerous follow ups they promissed to pay back the installment already debitted from my account. It is now 2 months with no refund made, whenever I call the matter is escalated to the supervisor. I would like to request you Supervisor to look in to the matter and cancell a ll the debit orders from my bank account and pay me what is mine.
