3rd request re poor service

Could somebody please get abi to take my orders on a week ly basis, every week we have to phone in for orders, every week we must get hold of our rep, every week we have all this inconvedience just to get a order in, abi is so nice to let us run specials on there name, issue free pampflets but do not supply stock whats the use
