GPRS NOT DELIVEVERED

I took a loan with Prosperoh and was told that I will get an XBOX as a gift and if I take a second loan will receive a GPRS as a gift. It over six month no delivery of the GPRS. I made numerous calls and emails as I was firstly told that Lionel has resigned and he was dealing with me and he was reemployed and still Paul the manager was not willing to sent my GPRS. I have sent the emails that proved the promise made with regard to the GPRS and it has just been promises that have not been honoured. Now my calls are not answer nor are my emails answered. I leave messages and no response. Disgusting if you ask me the service that I have received after money was swindled out of me and now no one cares to honour their word as I have signed and deducting monthly!!!
