I have to commend the great service I received the past Saturday (7 September 2013) from Ryobi (Stevens & Co) in Midrand.
Had an issue with a brand new Ryobi polisher, sent an email to Stevens & Co, Erick contacted me within the week and asked me to bring it in on Saturday.

We had a slight snag on Saturday, however the salesman and Erick resolved the matter rather favourably for me.
