Shocking Service followed by worse attitude

As a returning customer to BFS, we purchased 2 sets of desk and accessories, which included, after suggestions from the rep, two modesty panels. When the invoice arrived it excluded 1 modesty panel. After immediate inquiry the rep stated we only wanted 1. ridiculous considering the desks were ordered at the same time and for the same office. A follow up invoice was sent for an extra modesty panel but included another delivery charge which was as high a cost as a single modesty panel. The final delivery was a week late and documentation of the delivery stated only one modesty panel (payment was already made for 2 panels) My PA called to remedy the problem only to be told that we never ordered a 2nd modesty panel. I subsequently contact the "customer service manager" Vivienne, who quite prompted told me that I was lying about the order for the second modesty panel and I must send proof that it was in fact ordered. Flabbergasted, I asked if she had checked on her facts before she made such a call and accusations to the MD of their customer, especially considering we had the invoice for the second modesty panel sent to us via email almost 10 days prior.
