My wife and I booked a self catering apartment on the internet for 12 days with JA Properties. I paid my deposit and secured apartment. A couple days later Koos (CEO) emailed to say HE made a mistake and double booked us. He can then offer usa alternate accommodation. He emailed me options and we agreed on a particular property. Koos AGREED and booked us. A few days later emailed to say HE made an error again and he cannot offer us the apartment. He then offered us alternate accommidation, we perused and found it not good. We saw others on his website and he refused to give it to us for 2 nights at the same price. He made 2 errors and he could have compromised but blatently refused. We had to find alternate accommodation. We checked in at CASCADES 2 in Green point and it stated luxury apartment, it was dirty, dusty and not cleaned. I slept on the couch for 2 hours and bed bugs bit my body. I called him immediately, went to voicemail. I called the guy who checked us in and he said he cannot do anything as it was CHRISTMAS day, will come with maid the next day. The apartment was tiny, no bread bin, no bin in bathroom. Shower door could not open fully. No aircon. Balcony door cannot open
