Paid but got no response, no delivery!

I placed an online order and paid via credit card 04 Sept with [URL Removed] for a mouthpiece from [URL Removed]
I have yet to receive a tracking number or confirmation that the item will be shipped. All I have received is payment confirmation from monsterpay. Nothing more. I would like my money back (R299) or the mouth piece. I really need some form of communication on when I will receive my order. My order reference number is: c71584b1-d293-4d7a-a003-5c6df836155d
