Placed international order 1001137877 on 13 Dec and sent a follow up email on the 17th requesting the international waybill number since I received confirmation the very same day that the item has been shipped. Received a reply the next day advising me the domestic waybill no which is no use for international tracking. I responded to email and never received a reply. I contacted call center the next day and was advised I will receive the waybill number via email. 4 days later, still no update received contacted call center again. The first agent guaranteed to email me the waybill number asap, after 3 1/2 h I still received no update. I contacted the call center again and the agent assured me that I will receive the waybill number within 30 min via email. No email received hours later and placed another follow up call. It turned out that the item was only shipped on the 23rd Dec hence nobody was able to give me the waybill number. I therefore requested to speak to supervisor who agreed that this was a service failure promised to credit my account with ZAR100.00.One month later there still is no credit on my account, at last the parcel arrived 8 days after the supposed delivery time.
