Accident and after nearly 1 month no calls

Europe car customer drove into me coming up a one way, After nearly one month I am still waiting for a europe car assesor to call me and acknowledge the accident took place, I am driving a broken car since Europe car has no respect for other peoples cars that there customners damaged, I havent had my car seen to nor did anyone from europe car contact me, when I call them they say they dont know anything about it???
