I purchased a pack of twinsaver (2ply x 4) roller towels from my local supermarket. I noticed that three of the four items were of an inferior standard. The sheets were not in sync with each other and the design was facing "inside" rather on the outside. Moreover, the sheets did not perforate easily. I contacted the Nampak customer care line and spoke to Francois around 28 August 2013. I assumed he recorded my complaint as he informed me that someone will call me shortly. That "shortly" never happened. I subsequently contacted the centre again around 02 September 2013 and once again spoke to Francois but was once again informed that my complaint was forwarded and that I should have already received a call and he does not know why I did not, but assured me that someone will call in the day. He also confirmed that the turnaround time to respond is 48 hours. Those hours were long surpassed and I am still awaiting that call. Why have a customer care line, if you cannot deliver in accordance with your service charter??
