Poor product, poor service

My usual brand of roller towel was out of stock so I bought Twinsaver Roller towel. When I wanted to use it I found that it was not perforated. This was terribly annoying so I sent Twinsaver a message on Facebook. I even in boxed them because I did not want to put it on their wall for all the world to see. I received a response almost immediately apologising and the person said that someone would contact me shortly.
I then received an email from someone called " Fran? ois" asking me for my postal address and that I would receive a replacement voucher.
I thought to myself well that is such good service. Maybe I just picked up a "dud" packet.
Weeks later I still had received nothing, I enquired and... nothing!!!
Now let's just get one thing straight here, I did not ask for a replacement voucher, you offered!!!
My conclusion is that it is an inferior product with incompetent staff and I will NEVER buy anything to do with this company ever again!!!
