In the first week of August during my lunch break i purchased a bottle of minute maid lemon and nada from parklane spar in Pietermaritzburg. When i returned to work i noticed something floating in the bottle, it looked like fungus. I then contacted the customer care line and was told that a rep was going to pick up the disgusting product within 48 hours. A week later i contacted the customer care line again because the rep had not arrived, i was informed that my complaint had been forwarded but they cannot give me a reason to why the rep had not contacted me as yet. After 2 weeks the rep came in and picked up my product from then i never get any feedback and its now over a month since i paid for a product that i cannot consume. i would like someone to address this issue as a matter of urgency because at this very moment i am not a very happy consumer. I have pictures of the product and please note that the product was still sealed when i returned it to the rep. If i get no joy from this my third step will be is to contact the media and also get the consumer watch involved. This is very poor service shown from a huge company and this just shows a disregard towards their clients.
