I purchased a Groupon voucher for a number of cleaning sessions. Since the start, I've needed to do much admin in getting sessions booked. I've even had to reschedule due to issues on their side. On a few occasions, Samantha even gave me her associate's number to get me to call her (which was a mission to get through) and book!!
I've sent about a dozen mails since late December - no reply to any. Her landline remains engaged, and when she answered her mobile early Jan she advised they were opening 14th after the holidays. I've mailed again since 14th - still no reply. I have even tried calling and this time the mobile is either unreachable or she just does not answer.
I have paid in full for this service, and now have two sessions remaining which I cannot book for!
I have to pay the taxi fare for the lady who cleans, and they do not even bring their own detergents!!!
One of the cleaning staff even advised me that this business is run like a shop out to make a quick buck, and that the staff are not even paid properly, and sometimes not at all!
Very unhappy with this service! If she was facing problems, she could have offered a refund!
