Royal Limousines also ripped us off

After struggling for weeks to get our money back with no luck - we just want to warn other people about this DODGY company, so that the same thing doesn't happen to them. The driver who was meant to come and collect us turned his phone off and we were left stranded in Cape Town in the middle of the night. They made us send our phone records as proof that we had phoned him (which we did) and promised to refund us the same day - more than two months later we are still waiting. They haven't even refunded our damage deposit. We have phoned them so many times and they are constantly ducking our calls - Shanaas seems to be a PRO at this!!
