Claims department, NOT ROYAL SERVICE AT ALL!!!

I have been trying to get in contact with someone in the claims department with regards to a 3rd party claim i have to put in, since 29/10/2013 14:00 pm UNTIL 30/10/2013 1:49 pm i still have not spoken to anyone. People from their sales department are not helpful at all!!!

I have left my cell number by more that 7 Sales agent for the claims department to contact me back and still no response!!!

This is the most "UN-Royal" services i have ever received for ANY company!!!

They gave me the number for the claims team leader Sheldon: 012 001 0898 no one answers this phone!!!
