Royal Limousine Services a royal mess!

On 5 January'13 I rented a limousine from Royal Limousine Services in Cape Town to drive a bride, her mom and five bridemaids to a wedding. It was 36 degrees outside and the vehicle arrived with its aircon not working. It was terrible! We had no choice but to use the car as we had no other transport to the venue. Instead of having a nice scenic hour drive to the venue we had to wait to the last minute and drive straight to the venue with windows open. It was extremely warm in the car. Everybody sweated, make-up were ruined and their hair were ruined with the open windows. What I planned as a suprise turned out to be the biggest disapointment of the day! But it did not end here. When I phoned Royal Limousine Services on the Monday and asked to speak to the owners I was given a terrible attitude by the lady, Ilhaam, answering the phone and told that the owners dont speak to clients. I was told that the aircon is in perfect working order and that THEIR, with lots of experience, driver did not know how to operate it. They did not even consider to reimburse me, offer me a credit note not even an apology. Their attitude was: we are paid and what can you do about it now. I wiil not stop my efforts.
