Poor quality and service

I am very disappointed with Splashpools workmanship and after sales service. We installed the SP9000 in 2006. Today, I have to almost redo everything as the paving is falling apart, there are massive holes around the weir, where they didn't seal it properly, the heating mechanism didn't even last a year, the fibreglass is busy chipping off the inside, the jacuzzi jets have perished and the pump has packed up.

We had them out here in February and they said that they would repair it but until now we haven't heard anything back after numerous follow ups.
