Goods Returned and no Refund or response!

I purchased a baby cam for Electromann SA on the 7th of March 2013, it was delivered but unfortunately due to a distance problem was not suitable for my home, I returned this to Electromann SA and purchased an IP camera instead. I was promised an immediate refund on this product (R1499) on the 18th of March 2013 by the salesperson Tanya who I supplied with all my banking details etc.
I am still awaiting the refund and Tanya does not even have the manners to respond to two emails which have been sent to her in the past week.
If you buy from Electromann they demand immediate payment but they are utterly awful at refunding your money! 2 weeks for a simple refund for a product that was returned to them on the 18th of March 2013 in good order and original packaging! Not a good advertisement for this company at all!
Where is my refund Electromann SA and Tanya???
