I tried to obtain a credit record, but first they take over a week to respond to e-mails. The I phone and speak to one Patrick who stalls the whole time and despite going to some extent giving him ALL he asks and answer lots of security questions, I simply try to establish how to rectify incorrect information. He simply would not give any information thereon, and attempts to get him to transfer the call to his supervisor is ignored and he simply lets me hold on, not transferring the call. He says at some stage the supervisor is not there, which turns out to be a lie, as I phone the switchboard and asks for the customer relations manager, but get put through to one Enver, who is evidently Patrick's (absent) supervisor, a mere teamleader. I ask to speak to a senior person and eventually gets put through to a brash woman named Hillary de Kock, who seems equally unwilling to help.. Asking me for my ID number I give it to her and I say can we do this via e-mail, and eventually upon my 5th request she gives me her mail address and then says "she will process it when she has time, clearly intending to delay the matter. Clearly with intention to delay it!!
