WORST CUSTOMER TREATMENT!

On 31 July I made a duplicate payment of R403.32 to ADT.On 2 Aug I emailed ADT requesting a refund. On the same day I received an email to say that someone will contact me. On 7 Aug I called ADT and Kevin said that my request had been escalated to Patrick Govender in Jhb. Patrick said I should expect payment on 13 Aug. On 20 Aug I spoke to a Janet Mgushelo who said she would contact Patrick Govender who was in charge of my account. I called Patrick and told him how pathetic his service was! This is when Patrick said to me "I'm getting SHAT on from every angle..."! I tried to speak to Patricks Supervisor, Ranjay Maharaj, but he was always unavailable and he did not return my calls! On 22 Aug, I spoke to Samantha Van Wyngaard, who also said only Patrick could help me... 23 Aug I called the Callcentre again and got cut-off TWICE. This time i spoke to Surita Snyman. who said the paperwork had been submitted on 7 Aug and it was re-done on 21st. I tried to complain to Patricks Manager, Roudzani Masinida, with no luck. 3 Sept Rose Seema claimed to email Patrick again.9 Sept, Jonathan King who promised me he would help. 27 Sept my money was paid into my account. A full 2 months later!
