No STRAPS on nappies

Good Day

To start off with a good note. I love Huggies nappies for my baby. I bought a mega box of nappies at Makro Strubenvallie last month. Size 3 nappies to be exact. I found in the one packet that 2 nappies had no straps on and a third nappy the straps was half off, completely unusable. I wouldn't be complaining but I pay a lot for those nappies to get such bad quality.
