SPCA
DO YOU REALLY CARE?

I went to the SPCA in Benoni yesterday to get a kitten but there weren't any. I wanted to go to another SPCA but was told I cant adopt outside my area. Now with the SPCA basically begging people to adopt, one would think it wont matter where one lives. If you really care about these animals is it not more important to find homes than have all this red tape. It makes me sad, no wonder so many furry babies get put to sleep.
