Don't addopt at Rustenburg!

We wanted to adopt a little dog from SPCA Rustenburg and to support them. The dog we chose from their Facebook page was a 1 year old jack Russel. We phoned to see if the dog was not taken yet and still available for adoption. They said that we can go and have a look. Me and my girlfriend took the day off at work to drive from Johannesburg through to Rustenburg. The dog was there and we filed the paperwork. Now almost 5 days later we had to phone them to find out what is taking so long, and got the news that someone else did already filed to adopt the dog before us and the process was taking so long that they took more people to adopt this dog.
Could they not in the first place notify you this right at the beginning?? What a waste of time!!!
This is really pathetic service and I will never support them any more due to this!!
